It all starts with family…

Growing up, Chris knew that cooking was a way to not only express his love of food but also his love of family. As life took him into different occupations, he always had a vision of owning a food truck so he could bring the hearty, flavorful food he loved to cook to a community he loved to be in…and Prime Kitchen food truck was born!

Having our family together in the kitchen just feels right. Good thing his wife Jean, also loves to make amazing dishes and has many delicious family recipe creations that are passed down from generations. She was totally onboard with this vision and now they each have their spot on the grill.

Then of course their Mom, Trudy was more than happy to bring her talents to the truck as well as the food she and Chris would make when he was a kid. She helps out on the truck.

And I’m telling you…this family is one of the closest you’ll ever find. They are so tight knit that they genuinely like being together and are the best of friends. It’s a special connection that shines through with everything they do, especially over a simmering pot of slow cooking meat. 😉

When you walk up to the Prime Kitchen food truck, you will most likely be greeted by Trudy, at the window and see Chris and Jean preparing your special order. Everything from the food prep, to cooking, and then serving you, is filled with love of food, family and community.
